Sterilizer Load/Unload/Palletizing Cell

REI designed automatic cells using six-axis robots to load and unload casepacks of finished products from the sterilizer of three (3) plants in the USA and UK.

  • Vision inspection is used to provide the precise position and rotation of each casepack on the incoming pallet.
  • Lot data is transferred from incoming pallets to the sterilizer carrier then to the outgoing pallet.
  • Outgoing casepacks inspected, palletized, shrink-wrapped and labeled for shipping.
